Hotel Cabana was just amazing. The interior looks nice and comfortable, the view from the rooms is jaw-dropping stunning (The Eiger is very close), you can sit in the balcony and just watch the view and not go anywhere else. There is a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. There is wine and snacks in the lounge which you can take and will be charged later, the heating is very good, and the balcony door opens in a very interesting way to leave a crack for fresh air. There are chairs and a table in the balcony - and that's where we rang in the new year! The host lady was very friendly. My husband broke his arm skiing, and she offered to drop us to the train station since wheeling the bags on our walk would have been difficult. She also allowed our sons to check in early when they reached ahead of all of us for skiing. I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was. The photos here do not do justice to the place. Unfortunately I don't have better photos of the property.

I have to say this hotel give me the best luxury experience in Switzerland! First of all, the staffs of reception could speak fluent English and they are really friendly and thoughtful. My partner and I have to leave this hotel in the early morning, the staff offer us a lovely lunch box! what a lovely surprise! Secondly, our room with the perfect garden view! The Alps just in front of ‘our face’. it was my first time didn’t want to go out the hotel! it was so perfect here! the view is totally the point! last but not least, the facilities are also very nice here! free car park, sauna room，unlimited tea bags and fruits! I will definitely visit again in the future!

The staff's warm and friendly demeanor enhances the overall experience, as they're always ready to assist with any needs. The room size is well-proportioned, comfortably accommodating two people without feeling cramped.

I loved the location as it was slightly down the hill from the main centre of Grindelwald and was easy to walk to walk to the train station or a bus stop. I loved little extra touches like free apples at reception, the better than normal continental breakfast, the use of the downstairs fridge, the use of a washing machine and dryer (unfortunately I didn’t know about this) and being able to buy a salad for the supermarket and have it for dinner in the garden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a ground floor room and loved sitting outside to admire the view, plus our 1 year old appreciated having some green space to play. The view was incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, plus the travel card to use the buses into the Main Street was a fantastic touch. We were here for Christmas and it was perfect.
